Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Lean Digital Agency LLC (“we”, “us”), the company that operates Fitterson (“the app”). They explain the rules for using the app and, where you subscribe, the terms of that subscription. They are written in plain language – a summary of the agreement, not a substitute for legal advice.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Fitterson, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
2. The service
Fitterson brings your training and health data together in one place and offers non-medical, informational insights to help guide your training. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace a qualified professional. Always use your own judgment, and consult a professional for medical questions.
3. AI features
Ask and Insights are AI features, and AI also reads the workout sheets you upload. When you use Ask you are interacting with software, not a person. Answers and suggestions are generated by an AI model from the data you have logged, so if that data is incomplete or wrong, the output will be too.
Treat AI output as a starting point, not an instruction. It can be wrong, and it is never medical, rehab, or nutritional-medical advice. Check anything that matters before acting on it, and use your own judgment – you remain responsible for your training decisions. Extracted workout sheets are always shown to you for review before anything is saved to your records.
Do not put other people’s personal or health information into Ask, and do not use the AI features to try to obtain a diagnosis, or to generate harmful or unlawful content. AI features carry usage limits, may depend on a subscription, and may change or be unavailable. What is sent to our AI provider, and how it is handled, is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for the accuracy of the data you add. Fitterson accounts are for one person – one account per person.
You must be 18 or over to use Fitterson.
5. Subscription – Fitterson Pro
Fitterson Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (on iOS) or to your payment method on the web when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency at the time of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel at any time – in your Apple account settings on iOS, or in your account settings on the web. Where applicable, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
6. Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. You can cancel a trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through – Apple on iOS, or our web billing processor on the web – under their own policies.
8. Acceptable use
Use Fitterson lawfully and as intended. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or try to breach its security.
9. Health data
How we handle your health data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent to health-data processing, and you can delete your account, at any time.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Fitterson is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the service, and nothing in the app is a substitute for professional or medical judgment.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will surface them so you have a chance to review them. Continuing to use Fitterson after a change means you accept the updated terms.
