Your training stops disappearing
Snap a photo of your gym sheet and it's logged – sets, reps, load, all of it.
Your lifting and your running, in one place – the sheets you fill in at the gym, the workouts on your watch, and what they actually add up to. Two months from now, you'll still know what you did today.

At my gym, everything gets written on paper sheets. They work fine on the day. A few weeks later the history is gone – I couldn't tell you what I did two months ago, what my reps were, or what I had on the bar.
The other thing: I lift, and I run. I was training for a half marathon and I wanted to know whether the gym work was helping me at all. Strength lives in one app, cardio in another, and nothing put them side by side. So I built this for myself, and then it seemed worth sharing.

Not a log you fill in and never open again. A history that answers questions.
Snap a photo of your gym sheet and it's logged – sets, reps, load, all of it.
Connect Apple Health once and your watch workouts land next to your gym days.
Every lift gets its own trend – moving, stalled, or slipping.
Endurance, strength and stamina in one score – against a benchmark, not your best week.
A Recovery score read against your own normal, plus your training load in plain words.
Set a lift, a pace or a body weight – progress fills in from what you've already logged.
Insights reads your log and tells you what it notices – suggestions, never medical advice.
Ask why last week felt heavy. The answer comes from your data, not the internet.
Your training and health data is personal, and Fitterson is built that way. We don't sell it, and we never hand it to advertisers. The privacy policy is where the detail lives – what we collect, who else processes it, and how to delete it.
Photograph the sheet on your way out of the gym, check what it read, and connect Apple Health once – your watch data comes along on its own from then on.
iPhone (iOS) only for now – other platforms are coming soon.
The big screen: bring your history over from Strong or Hevy, type a session in by hand, and dig through your trends properly.
A faster 10k, ten pounds, a bit more buff by summer – whatever it is, Fitterson won't do the training for you. It'll make sure you can see whether it's working.
